RETURNING FOR REFUND

• Fill out form below within 7 days of receipt for your unused merchandise except for items marked SALES PRICE or SPECIAL ORDER & WIRE TRANSFER ORDERS, which are NON REFUNDABLE & MY BE EXCHANGED ONLY.
• We will supply you with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER & CORRECT RETURN ADDRESS.
• You may not ship the item(s) back without the RAN# or to an unauthorized address) Orders may NOT be shipped back to the label on the box you received:
• Upon receipt of return, we refund your credit card less, shipping and insurance $73.40. Check orders will be refunded 65 days after check posted our bank account.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

·         We do not refund customers for return shipping or handling.

·         One free exchange may be made for unused merchandise within 15 days of receipt.

·         We are NOT liable for losses or damages in return shipping.

·         We are not liable for personal items left inside the return merchandise.

·         We will deduct for any item missing from your refund.

·         If the return/ exchange item has been used or damaged, we will refuse the item and return to sender without further refund.
